The RoleWe are hiring a senior frontend engineer to join the Pulley team and help us accelerate our product development. As an early engineer at Pulley, you will get to:

• Help construction teams break ground faster
• Talk to users, define requirements, and own features end-to-end
• Shape the team culture, technology direction and help build the team
• Design systems and frameworks to improve the responsiveness, performance, and usability of our app
• Leverage and develop cutting-edge AI tools to turn unstructured permitting documents and city regulations into delightful experiences.We are looking for someone who:
• Has 7+ years of experience working with React.js and frontend architecture
• Is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing to work in-person 4 days a week.
• Thrives in ambiguity and defines the right problems to solve
• Can translate complex customer needs into extensible, scalable product solutions
• Enjoys collaborating with designers to meticulously craft great experiences
• Architects durable systems while making reasonable tradeoffs
• Willing to learn and apply the latest technologies to automate processes
