Title: On-Call TV Production EngineerHourly Rate: $43.73 -
$78.13 an hourPosition Summary:TV Engineer with primary expertise
as a Technical Director, Camera Operator and Audio Operator for
live and live to tape TV broadcast production. Experienced
Broadcast Production Engineer with the skills and experience
required to take fast-paced productions from concept through
execution - configuration and operation.KQED envisions a public

COVID-19.The successful candidate will be required to join National
Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians (NABET) Local
51.Essential Functions:The Production Engineer will be assigned to
various live and prerecorded KQED productions. Responsibilities
include configuration, as well as operation of production
switchers, professional cameras and audio mixers. The Production
Engineer collaborates closely with producers, directors and crew to
ensure all aspects of the production run smoothly. The Production
Engineer also works in lockstep with Engineering Maintenance to
report, track, and resolve technical issues throughout the
production control room and technical
