Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer for a 12-month
remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain user and technical documentation for a new
enterprise learning management system
Identify documentation needs and manage documentation libraries and
subscription lists
Coordinate with team leads to set documentation goals and ensure
adherence to project scope
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LUMEN preferred)
Experience with Unit and Integration Testing
Familiarity with technical documentation, SOPs, and training
documents
Ability to manage documentation quality standards and conduct
post-project reviews
