Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Automation Engineer -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Generate OPSMVS and Netview/SA rules and scripts to replace manual
operator commands
Create system monitoring rules and scripts for appropriate
responses by Operations and support teams
Assist in GDPS software installation and script coding for Disaster
Recovery processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience with TSO, ISPF, and SDSF
10+ years of experience with zOS operations commands and the zOS
operating system
5+ years of experience with REXX coding and automation rules for
zSystems mainframe automation
2+ years of experience with GDPS installation and script coding for
Disaster Recovery
Legally authorized to work in the US without restrictions
