A company is looking for a Talent Partner to drive engineering
recruitment and enhance the talent brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from
strategy development to closing offers
Collaborate with Engineering leaders on talent strategy and ensure
exceptional candidate experiences
Leverage data to inform stakeholders on pipeline health and design
recruiting programs to strengthen efforts
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on
Engineering
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring
managers
Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking metrics to optimize
recruiting processes
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced
environment
Bonus: Experience in early-stage startup recruiting
