Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Officer
responsible for underwriting and risk assessment of commercial
lease and loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive Credit Offering Memoranda and conduct credit
risk analysis
Review and approve junior level credit actions and ensure
compliance with Bank policies
Mentor junior underwriting staff and make recommendations for
transactions outside of credit authority
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Accounting and/or
Finance preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of underwriting experience with prior credit
authority preferred
Experience in credit analysis and financial statement analysis
required
