Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve uncollected account balances through various
communication methods
Document account actions and maintain productivity and quality
standards
Assist with special projects and communicate findings
effectively
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in
business administration or accounting preferred
1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections
experience
Basic knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid
insurance
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
