The Global Safety & Security Project Manager, assigned to one of
Pinkertons largest global clients, plays a key role in managing
projects and supporting the delivery of security-related programs
and technology solutions on a global scale. The Manager is
responsible for leading project planning and execution, managing
timelines and deliverables, driving cross-functional coordination
across stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful
project outcomes. Responsibilities Represent Pinkertons core values
of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Lead safety and security
projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Develop project plans to include planning tasks, developing project
scopes, goals, and deliverables. Maintain project schedules, track
milestones, and flag risks or delays for escalation. Facilitate
collaboration between internal teams and external vendors, as
needed. Ensure alignment with PMO frameworks and company-wide
project management standards. Develop rollout plans, change
management strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Prepare
and distribute project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
to leadership. Facilitate project meetings, record action items,
and follow up with responsible teams. Support change management
efforts, ensuring clear communication around project impacts and
timelines. Maintain and update project tracking tools such as
Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or other
relevant platforms. Ensure project documentation is properly stored
and version-controlled in SharePoint or designated repositories.
All other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters
degree in business, project management, security, information
technology, or a related field with three years of experience in
project management, PMO support within corporate security, risk
management, or technology implementation. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, preferred.
Understanding of project management methodologies including Agile,
Waterfall, and Hybrid. Knowledge of physical security programs,
operational documentation, and/or technology rollouts, preferred.
Attentive to detail and accuracy. Able to manage multiple tasks in
a fast-paced, global environment. Effective written and verbal
communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally with
technical and non-technical teams. Computer skills; Microsoft
Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
